EGOU

In 1960s, Egil was born into a Hong Kong royal family. His personality was full of individuality, rebellion and ego. When his father had no hope of inheriting his family business due to Egil's rebellious character, he found that his son had a talent for clothing innovation: he once cut the edge of shabby denim and matched it with personalized patterns to become the popular "beggar's clothing" -- a move that overturned everyone's traditional impression of clothing. So his parents contacted friends in Japan to send Egil to Tokyo's prestigious Tama Art University to study costume Art. And that's where Egil found his interest.


At the end of the 1980s, Egil set up a men's wear design studio in Hong Kong, and named the brand as Unusual Ego due to his rebellious character. The abbreviation is EGOU, which means "individual Ego" -- "Infinite Ego" in Chinese. Thus, EGOU[Infinite Ego] started its corporate operation. In the same year, EGOU exhibited its first clothing collection in Hong Kong and Tokyo, which quickly became popular in Eastern Europe, North America and Singapore. Its innovative style and concise design immediately attracted the attention of the clothing industry and established the important position of the brand.


EGOU is very serious about clothing store fragrance. In the new release, green LOVE GAT200 aromatherapy machine is used to present different themes for the new release.
